I have a remote user that is using VPN (SecuRemote from Checkpoint) to connect to our Notes server. His able to connect and see his new mails. The problem arises when he tries to send a new mail to another person in our company. When he tries to send the mail, he gets an error 'unable to find path to the server', yet if he does a 'reply to' to an existing mail it works.
This problem only seems to happen with him. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
